Consent can be withdrawn at any time in writing via michal.kacmarik@vsb.cz. By participating in this event, I also agree that photographs randomly taken by the organizer at this event may be used for public promotion of the organizer on the website.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

All cancellation and refund requests must be submitted in writing to michal.kacmarik@vsb.cz by 28 April 2026. The refund request must include your full name, complete bank details related to the fee payment, and an explanation of the reason for the refund. A response to your refund application will be provided within 10 working days from the date the written request is received.

Cancellation requests received by 28 April 2026 will be eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations received after 28 April 2026 and before 6 May 2026 will receive a 50% refund of the registration fee.
Cancellations received after 7 May 2026 will not be eligible for a refund.
No refunds will be issued in cases of non-attendance.
